If a user reaches his mailbox quota and tries to send an email, he gets an email from Kerio Connect saying "Unable to synchronize the message". Does the email actually get sent anyways?

In my testing outgoing messages are sent but incoming messages receive the reply "Result: delayed, Status: 4.2.2 User quota exceeded".

I have had Apple Mail users run into issues sending messages once they are at quota. The message seems to have been sent, but Apple Mail was unable to save the message to the Sent Items folder in Kerio. Instead, Apple Mail changed their default Sent Items over to the Sent Messages folder located locally on their Mac. Of course, this causes confusion because from that point forward all sent items are being stored in the wrong place and you need to go back and change the default Sent Items folder back to Kerio's default. So, from my experience the message will be sent, but not written to the Sent Items causing the sync error. I do not know how other mail clients behave in this situation.
