Hi,

we have a problem with Outlook 2007 when trying to access the calendar on Kerio. Outlook shows the hourglass and then it freezes. The same user can access her calendar without any problems in Kero webmail and the sync with the iPhone also works.

The problem showed up with the private calendar first, so we created a public calendar for that domain, moved the calendar entries to that folder, re-indexed the folder and restarted Kerio and tried it again. But even with these new "virgin" folders, Outlook hangs. And the now empty private calendar caused the same problem.

All other 10 users that access the same Kerio installation have no problems.

The user is using Outlook 2007 with the latest patches in combination with Kerio 7.1.3 build 2461 with the matching KOC.

Thank you!
Oliver

Backup the calendar diretory on kerio for this user, stop the server, delete 50% of eml files, rename index.fld to index bad and start the server.

Try it again. If the problem still exist stop the server, copy the backup to the user, delete the other 50% , do the renaming of index again and start the server.

If the calendar now working you have one or more curruppt .eml files in the storage of the user. Kerio Web show all, but Outlook sometimes hangs. I knew this effect on one of my installations.
