If we have 4 extensions all on the queue, is there a way to timeout to voice mail from queue, if no one answers one of the extensions?

Also, how do we record a custom voicemail greeting?

Thanks!

Hi,

It's currently not possible to do that.

We already have a request to forward to another queue after a timeout. I would like to implement that relatively soon. Your request is essentially the same.

You can record the custom greeting in the voicemail interface but version 1.0.0 does not play these greetings. This will be fixed in 1.0.1.

Agreed. If possible to timeout to a voicemail, or extension, that would be great.

As for voicemail, any ETA on 1.0.1? Also, will it be possible to upload pre-recorded voicemail greetings?

Thanks!

Hi,

Operator 1.0.1 should go out at the end of February. Uploading pre-recorded voicemail greetings is not in the plan so far.
