KC 7.1.3 build 2461

I have a user running Entourage 2008 on OS X 10.6 w/ Exchange connection to KC.
About 6700 items in the inbox

After a few days, the Inbox stops receiving mail (Entourage is 'stalled' for lack of a better term). Activity is stalled.

The only fix I've found is to delete the entourage account and recreate it.
It will run for a few days, then stall again.

Webmail always works, it shows new messages.

Searching forums, I see there is an issue with autoexpunge.
I stopped KC, turned autoexpunge OFF, deleted the properties.fld for the user's inbox, started KC- then retried Entourage and the inbox didn't load any new messages.

I can delete and recreate the account again, but I have a feeling I'll see the same issue.. and the user is losing patience.

Any suggestions?

note- I submitted this to Kerio support first thing this morning. No reply received Sad

I think the autoexpunge (off) may have resolved the issue.
After a few hours, the user's inbox started working again... I'll know after a week.

Why is autoexpunge-ON a default?
