It is my understanding that Kerio 7.2 will emulate Exchange Web Services in order to support Outlook 2010 for Mac natively.

If this is the case, won't that also allow Outlook 2007/2010 for Windows to access Kerio natively as well? I.E., won't that mean that the Kerio Offline connector will no longer be needed for those clients?

Outlook 2007/2010 for Windows does not support Exchange Web Services for complete mailbox synchronization. Only Outlook 2011 for Mac does.

I see, thank you for your reply. That makes sense. I actually thought to ask this because there are several issues with Outlook 2010 and the KOFF.

For example, if you set up an Exchange account AND a Kerio/KOFF account in Outlook 2010, Outlook does not know how to properly route or store sent mail. If you choose the KOC as the sending account in a new message, the message will still be sent through the Exchange account.

In an effort to choose which account should be doing the replying to any given message, Outlook apparently distinguishes mail not by accounts or headers, but by which PST the message resides on. Because it is unable to recognize the KOFF as a valid PST it simply dumps new outgoing messages into the PST it does understand, namely the other Exchange account's. This means that if an Exchange and a KOFF account are set up in Outlook, Outlook will use the Exchange account for sending and the Exchange PST for storing mail.

Multiple Exchange account handling is vital to our organization; are there any plans to improve how KOFF interacts with Outlook in a multiple account configuration?
