I have several issues with the KOFF connector. The performance is really not something to look at. Load times are sluggish, and so is looking for emails.

My performance on Core i5 machine with 8 GB hdd windows 7 with Outlook 2007 and KOFF is really lame. The server seems to be handling the load just fine, but the workstations just suck. I mean... its really bad... sometimes taking 15 seconds or so to pull an email...

Does anyone have a suggestion for me regarding this performance of the KOFF? I mean, a core i5 is a very decent machine.

I already made an exception for the antivirus so to not scan the folder where the koff stores data, and told it not to scan the secure ports. Also turned off instant search.

Any help will be most appreciated

Right-click on the account name in the folder list and go to Properties. In Properties click on the Folder Synchronization tab and make sure you are downloading the entire message and not just the headers. Also, check the box to set this setting for subfolders. If you didn't already have these settings in place, then it should help quite a bit.

Thanks big mountain. Though, to be honest, it didn't help much...
