Is there any way how to initiate remote pop3 download from client machine (not from admin console) i.e. some telnet connection ,....

telnet server-ip 110

user <username>
pass <password>
list (shows a list of messages available)

the command "top <msgid> <nooflines>" shows a part of the selected message.

dele mgsid deletes the selected message

I think he want's to let the Mailserver download from POP3 when he give a command.

I think you better set the POP3 downloader for every 30 minutes or so

Yes, most of time is better to download POP3 mailboxes for every 30 minutes, but sometimes I need immediate download.

I think it is not posible
but try setting it to 5 minutes or so... just stress the pop3 server
