Hello everyone,

I have to synchronise mails from Kerio Connect server (7.1.3) to the application Mail from Apple (4.4), on Macbook Air (10.6.6).

With IMAP, it works from local network (when the user is at his office, he receives mails).. but not in external network!

The Mail app. says that the server IMAP (or Exchange IMAP, I try both) doesn't respond. I try to delete user, and re-create from outside network but it won't connect to Kerio server.

The same user has iphone and ipad and all works fine. Webmail works fine in outside network too.

What I have to do?? I checked the server side, the IMAP service are running, I try to disable firewall, this is always not possible to catch the mail server from outside!

Please help!!

1. Try a different IMAP Client like Thunderbird.
2. Logs!

Thanks very much for your help, I have started IMAP/IMAPS services in KC, routed ports to Mail Server, then opened in the Firewall. Now the it works.
