Hi All,
Does anyone know if this is a bug or some setting that I miss on KOFF?? When our Chinese operation email to me with a Chinese attachment (with Chinese as file name), I have no problem to received those in the Web client or any client (including Office outlook 2010 using imap). If I turn around using Office outlook 2010 and KOFF to connect to the same server and download the message, the message download correctly (with all the chinese encoding), the attachment's filename somehow get corrupted (show strange character, like wrong encoding). The content of the attachment are in good condition (Chinese still show). The strangest part is now if I use the web client look at the same message, the attachment's file name now being corrupt!(note above it has been inspected BEFORE Outlook with KOFF did the sync and it is in good conditions.
Bottom line, for some reason when outlook 2003 or 2010 (I try both) with Koff 7.1. it somehow corrupt the file name of the attachment and then sync that corrupt name back to the server.
I need to resolve this problem soon. anyone can help?

OS: Win 7 Enterprise (US version)
Locale: China
Outlook 2010 & 2003;
KOFF version: 7.1.2.2461 T0

Thanks in advance
