Config:
Windows server 2008 terminal server x86 (3 identical) fully patched
Kerio mail server 6.7.3 patch 1
Kerio outlook connector (offline version)
Outlook 2007 Fully patched

All of a sudden outlook is incredibly unstable and keeps crashing when switching between inbox and sent items or deleted or calendar. If you click twice (because its taking too long and you weren't sure if you actually clicked) outlook will go pale and that will be the end of things, need to log off and in the meantime any other users on the terminal servers get really bad performance and some of them might also loose outlook as well in a cascade effect as disk utilization goes through the roof.

I have found Kerio to be pretty slow under almost all circumstances, and certainly in a terminal server environment but for the last few months it's been workable but not now.

Any ideas?
