Same problem.

installed Kerio Control soft.appliance 7.1 build 1694
Vpn client or vpn tunnels connection is succesfull.

I can ping firewall,
- can't ping any client but
- I can connect to client via rdp
- I can not open any shared folder on same client

older versions of kerio winroute firewall works fine on Windows.

We renewed license of our customer, can not install it before fix the problem.

Please help us as soon as possible

ok. I resolved the problem with my self.
Clients Antivirüs blocks the vpn clients.

Our clients uses Kaspersky Workstation.
I just disabled AntiHacker over Kaspersky settings and
now everything fine.
I'll try to fine-tune of Kaspersky AntiHacker module and
completely fix the issue.
