Hi,

When going from auto-attendant to a call group I've noticed there is no dialing noise, no feedback for a caller - its just silent. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere to make this not sound like the call has been dropped?

Hi,

You are right, the dialing sound is missing in this situation. Until we fix it, a partial workaround would be to play a message just before the dial action, something like "You will be forwarded now". (You can associate an announcement with each action in the menu or sub-menu. The announcement plays just before the action is performed.)
