Dear Kerio spezialists,

i have an very Critcal Error in my Kerio Connect Installation. Sometimes when a user is logged on at the webinterface and is idle for a time the session changes into the Mailbox of an other user. I cant find something helpful in the log Files. Just this Line:

[03/Mar/2011 18:24:14] php_utils.cpp: webmail openFolder: Cannot open folder (~xxxxxxxx<_at_>xxxxx.xx/INBOX of type 0)

matches to the Time when it happens.

Is there any Idea for searching the error or fixing it?

Sorry for my bad english!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your Help.

This has been already discussed in this forum. It is a problem of incorrect configuration of reverse HTTP(S) proxy server in front of Kerio Connect. Either configure your reverse proxy server to not use connection pool or upgrade to Kerio Connect 7.1.1 and higher, where is a workaround for this reverse-proxy configuration.
