Hi all,

I´m using a KC 7.1.3 on a openSUSE-machine. The server gets the emails for "his" users from a webhoster via POP3 (no catchall!) and sends them through the webhoster via SMTP. Mails for KC-internal users are handled internally, mails for non-KC-users are sent via SMTP - so if a user sends a mail to a user from the same domain which is NOT on this KC, the mail is sent to the webhoster (from where the recipient is getting it via POP3 on his own with no server).

Now, I have to set up additional servers for other subsidiaries in the same style like above. Can anyone tell me, if there is an easy way to transfer the settings from my first KC to the other KCs (e.g. copy the mailserver.cfg and customize the settings), or do I have to adjust the settings from scratch?

I know, its a little bit confusing and distributed domains would be perfect for that - but the lines between the subsidiaries aren´t the best and should´nt be used for email-traffic.

Greetings,
Phil
