We are considering replacing our ancient PBX and moving to a hosted system or a new PBX. I was recently made aware of Kerio Operator. While I hesitate in choosing very new software it is based on an established open source project and we are quite happy with Kerio Connect. We are all Mac so it would be nice to have a PBX that is designed for our environment as opposed to a Windows/MS Exchange environment.

However, I do not want to do a PBX on my own, phones are so important that I want a company to take responsibility of the entire phone system, from the handsets to our data switches (which we need to replace) to local/LD calling, I don't want any finger pointing between vendors. Is there a company in the Washington DC area that anyone can recommend?
