I'm not sure if this is the right forum to search for help or if it is even a kerio issue, however i am desparate and in need of some help. We have a the Blackberry enterprise server hosted working with our Kerio Connect software. Everything has been great. I am setting up a new blackberry curve 9330 device to a user, and every time i try and activate it the calendar is freezing locking up the device throwing a: uncaught exception: application net_rim_bb_calendar_app(281) is not responding; process termianted error message.
I have resent the service books. wiped the device. I have even purge 1/3 of the users calendar appointments to try to see if there was some corrupt calendar entries. I have stopped/started Kerio and have even renamed his status.fld and index.fld files (also stopping/starting kerio) to no avail.
anybody using BES/Kerio connect and have experienced anything remotely close to this issue?
Blackberry curve 9930 OS 6.0
Kerio Connect 7.1.2
BES 5.0.2
Thanks,
Chris
