Hi All,
I am trying to beta test 7.2 but I can't seem to figure out how to get Outlook 2011 configured properly.
I was able to get mail but my Calendars and Contacts weren't working. I have searched through the knowledgebase and forums but can't seem to find out if I need to have some sort of local client connector installed or if it should just work by configuring an Exchange account through Outlook 2011.
I am able to browse contacts if I setup an LDAP server within Outlook but that's the best I could do. With the Beta 5 release, it seems like it is close to being ready for an RC which is why I must be doing something wrong when setting it up.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Cheers.

Go to the Integration page in WebMail (https://yourserver/integration) and run the auto-configuration tool for Outlook 2011. It's the easiest way how to configure the client in a few clicks.

I have a kerio connect 8.5 server and everything is working except the Outlook 2011 Mac client ( in Exchange and Imap mode) even with the integration tools.

Do you have any clue ?

Generally there should be no problem with Outlook 2011 configuration. We have autodiscover service implemented, so the e-mail address should be sufficient to configure account. If it fails, enter the server address. Check the https port from your Mac (is Kerio Connect Client accessible?). You can check also the Outlook log for more details (see http://kb.kerio.com/article.php?id=1053).

The autodiscover is not set yet because our old exchange server is still working.
I try with the server address but it goes back to the old server address with autodiscover.
HTTPS is working , i can access to my mails through kerio connect client(https) or mail.app (IMAP).
I saw your kb. When I try to send an e-mail, I get a message that "Unexpected data was encountered. Account : name<_at_>domain.com" When I go into the error log, I see that "mail could not be sent" with the error code -17997.

Then check the Outlook log and Connect log for possible issues. Outlook log contains all requests/responses so there must be something. At least timeout or connection refused (http://kb.kerio.com/article.php?id=1053).
