Hi,

I'm looking for solution, how to invalidate / blacklist email address for employee who left the company and keep alias „* → Admin" which will forward messages sent to invalid addresses to admin account. It should work like following example:

1) Email to "tom<_at_>mycompany.com" - Kerio Connect should return this to their senders as undeliverable because "tom<_at_>mycompany.com" is on blacklist (Tom left the company)
2) Email to "adam<_at_>mycompany.com" mail should be forwarded to Admin account, because "adam<_at_>mycompany.com" does not exist.

Thanks
J.

Dear J.

I think you have to use Auto-Reply and Forward the message.

I would like to delete user account, so Auto-Reply cannot be used.

There is another way by create one account may be blacklist<_at_>mycompany.com and create mail address for everyone who left your company to auto-response.(Use 1 account quota)

And you can forward all message to admin account too.

If it will be interesting for someone else, I have found workaround with required functionality:

1. Create new domain dummy.mycompany.com without any user
2. Set alias for tom<_at_>mycompany.com to tom<_at_>dummy.mycompany.com

So now it will correctly reply to with „Mailbox does not exist" to all emails for tom<_at_>mycompany.com and other messages with wrong address are delivered to Admin.
