hi there.

we using kerio connect 7.1.4 wit win XP/7 and Mac 10.6 clients.
Server = Mac OS 10.6.6
Win = Outlook 2007
Mac = Adressbook, Mail, iCal

the kerio-users are imported from the directory service.

now for our communication we use first letter surname - dot - name <_at_> company.
e.g. h.muster<_at_>company.ch
the diretory/kerio-usernames are: surname name
e.g. hansmuster

now: i can receive mails with the official email "h.muster<_at_>company.ch"
when i send a mail, in the header i find the full kerio user-adress: hansmuster<_at_>company.ch

can i change that without change the directory entries?

thx for helping

Try setting the email address in webmail on the account...
Or set the From address in the client..

But note that ALL calendar invites are send/matched on the Primary email, eg. the domain account name!

Hi,

Apple Mail uses the one you set in the account on the Mac!
I don't know if Outlook will be overwritten by the Webmail setting, but clients using ActiveSync will!
