Im hoping someone can help me with my enquiry. We are using Kerio control with 4 network connections. 3 x internet connections and 1 x local area network. The kerio pc is also the DNS server for the network.
Our domain controller (Windows Server 2003) also is running as a DNS server (pre-kerio installation). So be default all our internal PC's get their IP addresses automatically from the kerio and have the kerio as the DNS server as well.
My question then has two parts.
1) For each of the internet connections, in their network configuration, do I put their ISP's DNS server, The Kerio or the Windows DNS?
2) Similarly with the Local area connection, do I then point this to the Windows server or the kerio itself? Windows used to handle all the DNS and we had no issues but since using the kerio VPN clients, we decided to move DNS over to the kerio box.
We have been having intermittent DNS issues ever since and Im sure its just an error in my configuration.
Any assistance would be muchly appreciated.

1. Every WAN gets the DNS of the ISP that's on that interface. Not every DNS server of all the providers.
2. The LAN gets only a DNS IP from a other DNS server on the LAN, if Control ISN'T the primaire DNS.
