So are you saying you don't use a network directory service? Your Directory Utility's Search Policy only has /Local/Default & /BSD/Local?

Normally, when you get the error you've described it's because iCal is pulling the data from OpenDirectory/AD, & not from Kerio. To use Kerio's LDAP, you must have your Kerio server listed in your at the top of your Search Policy. It should show, /Local/Default, /BSD/Local, /LDAPv3/[your kerio server].

Easiest thing to do is run the Auto-configure iCal installer (which is located in WebMail > Integration with Mac).

Good luck.
