The best is to use "Suggest Idea..." button from web administration. It allows to create new suggestions and vote for existing ideas and it will indicate to the development team that another customers need this feature. We know about this issue, please note we do not have a time frame on if or when this feature may be available.

Outlook users can attach multiple files.

Like you we use Webmail so our users have to attach files one at a time.

I know this will get into a philosophical issue but we really need to reduce/eliminate the sending of multiple email attachments. A possible solution is something like Dropbox or similar solutions where these files are sent and then a link to the files is sent by email not the files.

This would reduce storage issues within the sending and receiving email systems.

This does raise some security issues if these temporary storage facilities do not have the ability to delete the files after a specified period of time because we know users will not always remember to delete them once the other person(s) have retrieved them.
