Our bank sends secure emails using Voltage Zero Download Messenger. Our Financial Officer can not open these emails.
The email arrives with an html attachment - when you open the attachment there is supposed to be a button to click that opens the secure email - when using Kerio connect and Internet Explorer, there is no button to click.
Has anyone else had any problems like this?
Thanks!

We ran into a similar issue while looking at encrypted email products. Check the link below.

BTW, we did not solve the problem and decided to go with another product.

You could try to use a different browser, IE9 should handle it. As an alternative try CryptoHeaven secure email . You won't run into such problems with it.

If XP is being used then IE9 is not an option.

Also if I remember correctly the problem is the person is trying to open an email they received so they do not have the option of trying a different encrypted email solution.
