Hi guys,

One of our clients who are running OS X Snow Leopard Server (10.6.3) with Kerio Connect 7.1.3 are having synchronization issues between Entourage 2008 and their webmail. This most importantly affects their handheld devices which are also in sync with their Exchange accounts, Blackberrys/iPhones'.

Has anyone had any problems with Entourage 2008 in this instance? It mainly seems to be in particular, calendar events and email folders that have been created recently. There was an instance in the past where there were certain folders that had ampersand symbols in the folder name, which seemed to affect the synchronising, we removed these and it seemed to be okay for a while. They've assured me that the new folders don't have any unusual characters in them.

Most of the client's machines are running OS X Snow Leopard. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Sam
