Hi, I'm getting hundreds of Index error messages per hour (one user only) as below. The users are not flagging any issues (none of the users including this one) and this has been going on for a couple of months but I would like to solve it.

I followed the instructions in renaming the index fields to *.bad and restarting the server etc and it hasn't made any difference. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Kerio Connect 7.1.4 build 2985

I guess it is not the index. It seems that you have corrupt .eml files (the content itself). Stop the Server, move the eml files which give the errors away, rename index.fld to index.bad and start the server.

I have such a problem too. The source was bad eml files in the calendar. I cant find out what ist corruppt but after moving all problems was gone. I look into the files and create the entrys with the webinterface again. Now all is fine.

Please do a scandisk on your kerio volume to be sure that the filesystem have no errors.
