I'm currently testing Kerio Connect. I have my production domain and a test domain. Both are talking to each other and the outside. They are for example mail.mydomain.com and mail.test.mydomain.com, with mail being the host name. They connect using the migration tool, but the debug log says it can't create the domain. I have tried it with the tool installed on the target server and on a separate computer that can access both the source and target.

After making sure DNS is working and that the migration tool is connecting to the correct server, try deleting the domain with the same name you have set up in Kerio already. I submitted a bug report concerning this about a year ago, but this sounds like you have the exact same problem Smile
