Kerio Connect Server - 7.1.4 patch 1 build 3411
koff 7.1.4 - 3411 - p1
Outlook 2010 - 32bit.
Windows 7 32bit.

My Calendar > Add Calendar > Open Shared Calendar:
Selected User from the Contact Book.

Can not access shared calendars. Always throws error in Outlook "Unable to open folder"

Permissions are set correctly for the user attempting to access the share.

My Calendar > Add Calendar > From Internet:

Works, but with read only access.

Is there a limitation issue with Outlook 2010 I need to know about? Is this a bug? I can't seem to find any information about it.

Any advice?

Subscribed calendars are always read-only. If you want to access shared user calendar with full access in Kerio Outlook Connector, read the manual: http://manuals.kerio.com/connect/userguide/en/sect-koffolder s.html#sect-koffolshared

Thank you very much. I kept trying to access the share from inside Outlook itself rather than from the connector plugin.

Everything works perfectly after that.
