I have the latest version of Kerio Connect installed (7.1.4 patch 1) on our server (Mac OSX Snow Leopard Server). I have a few clients using IMAP (secure) that report that their email will suddenly disappear, then "reload" from the server, where it will download all folders, all emails from the server again. They report that a few of their emails go missing when this happens. No changes to Kerio Connect on the server, or the server itself are made when this is noticed. They report that it has happened on both their Macbook/Mac Pro in Apple Mail, and on their iPad/iPhone.

What can I do to diagnose/resolve this problem?

Thanks!

You can try enable debug log for IMAP server:
Web Administration -> right click to the debug log area -> from context menu select "Messages..." -> module "IMAP server"
For better reading and analyze of this debug log I suggest create highlighting rule for these users in "Highlighting..."
