Hi everyone.
I have a problem with backup of Kerio Workspace.

When folder Store reached about 7GB, I have problem with backup.

Backup was started safely. Kerio create file in backup folder C20110524T113913Z.part and file is nice growing. When backup progress is 100%, file has -/+ 7GB and suddenly backup file disapeared and Workspace return this error:
(couldn't preserve last modification time)

[24/May/2011 14:08:42] {com.kerio.workspace} ERROR: Backup task (COPY) failed:

System:
Linux debian 2.6.32-5-686
Kerio Workspace 1.0.1.1752-1

I tried reinstall Kerio Workspace and restore data, but backup is working only -/+ <2GB
I found that will may be some kind of BUG with 32bit system.

No one meet this problem? No one use more than 4GB in Store folder?

Hello Ivan,

we're investigating the Java exception, trying to find why it happens.

At Kerio, we are doing regular backups of our own store that have over 30GB, without any problem. There is certainly no 4GB limit on the backup size.

Almost the same error here, with an empty database. /mnt/backup is an (samba)share on my Windows 2003 server.

Made an alternative topic for my question, please help us Kerio!
