Using Outlook 2003 with Kerio Off Outlook Connector 7.2 and Kerio Connect 7.2

I've had to change from secure authentication to manual authentication for all users.

Hello,

have you correctly set NTLM authentication on server ?
See http://manuals.kerio.com/connect/adminguide/en/chap-ntlm.htm l
Can you enable "User authentication" logging in debug log on server and try to authenticate using SPA/NTLM ?

Regards

This is the logging:

[25/May/2011 17:42:17][972] {auth} Basic: first step, we respond with realm
[25/May/2011 17:42:17][4984] {auth} NTLM: Continuing authentication.
[25/May/2011 17:42:17][4984] {auth} NTLM: client DOMAINXXX\userxxx sent valid credentials, ctx attribs 0x4.
[25/May/2011 17:42:17][4984] {auth} NTLM: acceptSecurityContext() completed successfully.
[25/May/2011 17:42:17][4984] {auth} User userxxx performed NTLM authentication in NT domain DOMAINXXX, this domain is not valid

I've verified configuration and it's Ok. No problem with previous version (7.1.4). I've verified too the credentials to connect to Domain server with "Test connection" button.

You have to correctly configure NT Domain name in the email domain configuration. Apparently, DOMAINXX is not defined there.

I tested upgrade 7.1.4 -> 7.2.0, but no problem found with NTLM authentication.
Don't hesitate to contact our support in case of any problem.
