Hi there.

Kerio does not seem to be delivering local e-mail after I have upgraded to version 7.2.

External e-mail is going out, but slowly because it is stuck in the queue with all the other e-mail. External e-mail is being received, but not being delivered to local mail boxes and just sitting in the queue.

It's been like this for about 4 hours now.

Any ideas?

This happened to us way back in version 6.0 something . What I did to fix this was reinstall Kerio from scratch (after copying kerio directories to a safe place). Copied user lists/directories back and everything was ok after that. Never had this problem again - even after upgrading several times

The same thing is happing to us. We have about 300 messages piled up in the queue. Items are making it outside, but internal items are stuck. Is there any advice other than rebuild the server?

We appear to have addressed this problem by updating virus definitions and moving five VMs off the machine upon which Kerio Connect was running, plus a re-install (just ran the installer for the same version again) and a reboot of the server.

Kerio Connect was trying to take all the processing cores on our last-model Xserve. Once it was the only thing running, it would regularly spike to 1500% CPU. After everyone left for the day, I turned off the Kerio Connect server and ran disk warrior on it's data drive, then fired it back on.

Presently everyone is here, working, and the Connect server is not even taking 100%. I am cautiously optimistic that I may have solved the problem.
