Hello,

In my organization I have Kerio Mail Server 6.7.3 build 7892.
In domain controller all users are in one group called "All Employees" and this grop has a mail group everyone<_at_>domain.com.
When someone sends mail to everyone<_at_>domain.com, every user receives it.
I want to forbid for all users doing it, and grant this option only for special users.
I was not able to find ho to do it.

Need your help.

I don't know about 6.7 but in 7.2 you have mailing list functionality that would give you more control over who receives messages to a specific address. Haven't used them myself though....

Mailing lists are also available in 6.7.0 and in mailing lists moderators can be assigned, moderators will be the email IDs that can send emails to users included in mailing list.

Your requirement will be fulfilled.
