Hello!

I'm fairly new to Kerio Connect (just testing) and I love it so far. I have an Outlook question though. I am playing around with the resource scheduling and I get the attached error in Outlook. It seems that it can't get the free/busy info from any resource. However, it sees the free/busy information fine for any normal user. The name of the resource in this case was "resource" (as in the screenshot).

This is with Kerio Connect 7.2.0 patch 1 build 4008 running on Windows Server 2003 (fully patched), and appropriate Outlook Connector with Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 (fully patched).

Thanks for any insight!

Of course I spoke too soon. I got it working, although I'm not completely sure why it happens. It has something to do with our firewall. It all works fine when using the external DNS name, but connecting via the server name or IP address from within our network causes this to happen.

Thanks for listening! Surprised
