There are 2 possible ways:
If you're administrator with access to the Kerio Connect store, find file "filter.siv" in your folder
(<path_to_installed_kerio_connect>/store/mail/<domain>/<user >/filter.siv)
And change :days in rule:
!0 __WebmailAutoreply__
if true
{
vacation
:days 7 "Autoreply text.";
}

to something else. Don't set "0" - it will reply to each message, but it's very easy for attackers or spam messages cause neverending sending loops on your server!

If you cannot access this file directly in store, disable Out Of Office and create new rule in WebMail:
login to WebMail -> Settings -> Mail Filters -> "New" -> rule "For all messages" - "Send autoreply" -> define "Reply text" and save rule
Then open script again by button "Edit script" and change :days to new value.

Is it possible to change this for all users or the whole domain? I assume that the suggested ways work only on a user basis.

No, it's not possible in administration, it should be possible by some script.
