Hi there!

i have a problem in outlook.

my user is rf<_at_>

now i have aliases for this user.

i need in outlook as senderadress rene.fink<_at_>

outlook didn't connect over ews if i wrote in field e-mail: rene.fink<_at_>
In Username: rf<_at_>

In Entourage it works with kerio connect 7.4.1 Patch 1 but not with outlook kerio connect 7.2.0 Patch 1

Somebody an idea?

That's not the way. it doesn't work with outlook. you have to tell outlook the senderadress.

Unfortunately it's not possible in Kerio Connect 7.2.0. Username and password is used to authentication to server and e-mail address identifies real folder (mailbox) in the store, ie. it's not used only for "From:" header.
I will add your request to this existing suggestion to indicate to the development team that another customer needs this feature. Please note we do not have a time frame on if or when this feature may be available.

Hi everybody,
we have the same problem as Rene!

In Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 we used to fill in with the extended address (i.e.: marco.bandini<_at_> the "default sender address" field in webmail. Outlook was automatically configured and mails were sent with extended address.

In Outlook 2010, for users working fine with Outlook 2007 and with the right configuration in webmail, mails are sent with short address (mbandini<_at_>

For us, it seems to be a problem of Outlook version, not a problem of Kerio version.
