We are currently evaluating Workspace and so far it seems to be working well. The challenge we are running into is in the (seeming) lack of availability of page/collection templates.

We have a designed folder structure on our file share that is duplicated when new projects are taken under. It has some default files in it as templates and a defined organizational structure.

I would like the mimic that behavior in Workspace so users could simply click a link (maybe even in Workspace itself) that would prompt for 2-3 basic text fields and then build the appropriate tree of collections and pages set up and waiting for new data to be input.

I'm not sure if this is on the feature roadmap or if there is an API available to allow this to happen?

I'd be interest in knowing if Workspace can allow templates for spaces/projects too - I am just running a trial of workspace at the moment and it would be great if we could set up a few project templates and simply copy those for new projects.

Yes, I'd be interested in that too. Templates and the ability to copy spaces.
