Does anyone know how to setup BB Express and Kerio Connect WITHOUT Active Directory? Is it possible?

BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express requires Active Directory (even fake one) for successful installation. Active Directory is then no longer required for normal work (Kerio Connect can work without it).
You can contact RIM but I'm afraid there is no workaround. Nevertheless, BESX must be installed on Windows Server operating system therefore you already have Active Directory on the server. Wink

I setup AD on another computer to setup BESX and the installation worked; however because the kerio computer was not part of the domain I believe we have have a problem with the installation. My server runs the webdesktop but will not run webconsole app!

Any thoughts as to why this might be happening? is it because of the AD/domain issue?

Can you give more details? What is the error message? What URL are you using?
