Hi,

I now have one user which is getting a certain error message pretty often now.

There is an synchronisation conflict with the subfolder 'Postvak IN' of the folder 'Top of Personal Folders'.
Reason: You don't have the correct rights to edit this folder on the server.

As this is our only client with Outlook we have almost no experience, I did some research and could only find out that this folder is somehow hidden and could contain some misplaced e-mails.
Is that the reason why Kerio Connector gives this sync error?

That's most likely connected with this:

I guess your users have subscribed to a mailbox they've got "Editor" rights on. The client tries to rename the Inbox to "inbox_0". Since only users with "Administrator" rights could do that, they get that error message.

Kerio folks are already investigating this!
