We have a Kerio Operator box updated to the latest version of the beta software. The box has both an internal IP address 192.168.x.x and a public IP address from Comcast. At the office everything works correctly. Phones can call in and out and. Outside of the office is an entirely different story. We have tried softphones (X-Lite) and physical phones (Snom 300) and the phones can sign in to the operator box using the public IP address but that nothing else works. You can dial an extension and it rings but the person on the other end cannot hear you and you cannot hear them. There is no firewall on the public IP address, it is connected directly to the comcast modem which has been set by comcast into bypass mode. Any ideas of why I can call but I cannot hear anything.

Thanks in advance
Dan

A little more information. The phones that our outside of the office are at users' home. They are able to connect but when they make a call the person in the office can hear them but the person who is remote hears nothing

Dear Dan

Am I correct if I assume that the home clients are behind firewalls wit NAT? If this is the case, please check the "Extension is behind NAT" for each extension (tab Advanced in the Edit Extension dialogue).

Regards,
Filip
