Hi,

I've just got thunderbird working with kerio connect 7 with contact syncronisation & calendar sync.

For your normal mail, just setup the account as imap, then on the mailbox, right click on it and choose subscribe, tick "contacts".

Now install lightning and synckolab add-ons.

for lightning, you just go to create a new remote calendar and use caldav with the following url:
https :// SERVER/calendars/EMAILDOMAIN/USERNAME/Calendar

for synckolab, in the setup, choose your contacts folder and set the contact format "vcard/kolab1"
You'll also need to configure it to sync on whatever schedule you need.

All seems to be working so far, but very early days (<2 hours)

Thanks,

Alan

Not sure how anyone else is getting on with this (please let me know)

One thing i have found is with synckolab, is that it will sometimes error on sync on start-up, so best just to have it only sync on the minute(s) interval you set.

I used KMS 7.1.2
TB5, IMAP, but folder "contacts" not available in list for subscribe folder.

ah, we have mac mail users, so have enabled IMAPFullListing in the mailserver.cfg as advised in:

manuals.kerio.com/connect/adminguide/en/chap-applemail.html

probably this what enables you to see the contacts in the subscribe folders.

Thanks,

Alan
