I received this error yesterday in my logs: License user count exceeded: limit is 65, recorded 66 users. We have licensed 65 users and we are only using 61. How does Kerio count active mail boxes? When does Kerio release an "active" box? When I looked for this issue yesterday I found a few suggestions about restarting the mail server to fix the problem. That worked for me but I am concerned about this issues happening again.

Lately I have been removing and consolidating seldom used mailboxes. I believe this is why my "active" mailboxes went above my "Number of users" count.

We are using Connect 7.1.3 on a Server2003 OS.
