Hi @ all

My English is not the best, but i think its enough.

On two of my company computers i have problems:

Problem 1.
Windows 7 SP1
Outlook 2007 SP2
Kerio: 7.2.4008

When configuring outlook, Kerio says: Write the profile failed. (For technical Support 0x80004005, 0x80004005; MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED)

I delete Outlook, delete Kerio, clean the registry, delete the Outlook Profile and the pst and then install outlook and install Kerio again. The same error.

Problem 2.
Windows 7 SP1
Outlook 2007 SP2
Kerio: 7.2.4008

By sending an e-mail on her partner, which sit 2 meter from her, she get the following error message:

CDbAttach::cerateOrOpenEmbeddedMessage: Exceptopn of class HResultException: .\SavedChildrenTree.cpp(136), SavedChildrenTree::getEmbeddedMessageID: 0X8004010f MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND: Embedded message was not found.

The E- Mail was spelled correctly and all other Users on the list get the e- mail. She send him an other e-mail and this e-mail was ok.

Thanks for help and sorry for my English Smile

No problem.
Problem: The cache file local is corrupt.

(Easy) Solution.
Don't start Outlook. Go to Control Panel screen from Windows. Select E-mail. Go to the Kerio Connector (mailacoount). Tab "Maintance" and Clear Cache. Start Outlook and all e-mail will be sync again.
