I've got account (out of about 30) on the server that is having problems with calendar performance in Entourage 2008.

Account is configured as an Exchange WebDAV.

Server is 7.1.4p1 on Mac OS X 10.6.7. Entourage is 12.3.0. OS on office machine is Mac OS X 10.6.7. OS and Entourage versions vary on home systems (at least E2008 12.2.7).

To switch days in the calendar takes up to 4 minutes.

He has 3 systems setup w/E2008-Exchange and problem is occurring across all his systems.

Webmail access is very slow as well.

EMail in E2008 doesn't appear to be affected, performance-wise.

Other accounts, with similar setups, on the server don't appear to be having any performance issues (either in E2008 or Webmail).

Any suggestions as to my next step? My gut reaction would be to rebuild the calendar index file, but I'm not sure that is the correct course of action.

Thanks.

Cheers,
Jon

Update 1: When I do login to his account in webmail, the mailserver process jumps from a few percent (2-5) of CPU to 100+ until the initial display of info appears in the browser (about 30 seconds). No such problems with other accounts whose logins only take a few seconds.
