We would like to use Blackberry in our company. I have one phone (Bold 9700) for testing. We use mailserver Kerio Connect 7.1.3. I installed Kerio connector for Blackberry and BES express server 5.0.3 on standalone computer with Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 32-bit. I proceeded upon Kerio manual (Kerio Connect). I installed everything without problems, but when I want to add new user to BlackBerry Enterprise Server console, I find problem. My user can´t initialized.
In BES_MAGT log I found these errors:

Please search this forum. BES 5.0.3 is supoported in Kerio Connect 7.2.0. You have to upgrade your server.

Thank for reply.
I can´t upgrade mailserver now. In this case I try older version BES 5.0.2.
