We have a customer running Kerio mail and firewall on the same machine with Win XP Pro. All was fine until Windows started blue screening. We found bad sectors. Drive was replaced and Win, Connect and Control re-installed. We restored configurations for the Kerio servers from backups.

As fate would have it, we returned the server and their mail host went down for 2 days with line issues the next day.

Kerio kept looping the same mails so we spent a few days sorting out mailbox issues. There line was also slow but they have now upgraded to a 10Mbps / 1Mbps line and put a new router in.

Kerio still has problems especially when there are 2 or 3 mails downloading with 3 to 4 MB attachments BUT if we setup each mailbox on 1 PC directly to the router ALL mail downloads in Outlook directly from the POP accounts.

They are on Kerio Connect 7.2.0 build 3872.

Please help and share any wisdom on this. It's been 2 weeks of issues for the client and we are desperate to solve the problem.

Many thanks,
