This post contains a brief configuration how-to for WELLGate 3802/3804.

The WELLGate is a cheap SIP/analog gateway that's relatively easy to configure with Operator.

The pluses and minuses of the device are as follows:
Pluses: cheap, supports 2 (3802) or 4 (3804) analog lines
Minuses: long boot time, no SIP password (so you should run it in a safe network, ideally in a VLAN that's only used for voice traffic)
