Dear all,

we use the resources feature for scheduling the conference room allocation.
Everything works pretty fine and exactly how it should, but it would be nice if someone who subscribed to the resource's calendar could see the description text of the original appointment the user made. At the moment, it's just completely empty. So it seems that the resource seems to drop the whole description text when accepting the invitation.

Is there any way that it doesn't do that but just, as a normal user's calendar entry would, keeps the description originally entered by the inviting person?

Kind regards
Nico

*bump* Anyone, anything? The folks here would really appreciate if this was any possible. If it isn't, I'd file a post in the KC wishlist thingy.

That did the trick, many thanks!

Would be nice if this was implemented as a checkbox in the Admin Panel.
