Hi there,

We have recently become a Kerio Partner and we are having a little teething trouble with the Blackberry Connector, or so we think is the connector!

We have a test Blackberry here which we have managed to get setup and activated with Kerio fine however it doesn't display the sub folders of the users inbox. They are all selected from the BES admin console but just dont show. Also when the user moves an email from the inbox to a sub folder the Blackberry doesn't update with this either.

We are using BES Express 5.0.3.41 which is the latest version as of this post.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dave

The only way I can describe it as that on the webmail and Outlook the folders look fine. But on the Blackberry it almosts looks like it would if it were connected to a IMAP folder. It sees the inbox as the root of the mail store and other folders that are on the same level as the inbox (e.g Deleted/Sent Items etc) are seen as sub folders.
