Today, I noticed that many messages from a specific user are being marked as spam by Kerio Connect. In Spam Filter -> Blacklists -> Custom whitelist of of IP addresses, all clients and the IP range in which the user's computer exists are listed. I reset our bayes database, but that didn't help.

The messages that are being marked as spam do indeed have a spam score high enough to trigger the spam filter, but according to our settings internal users should always be able to send to internal users and bypass the spam filter. I could create a whitelisting rule for that specific user, but I'm worried other users might be having the same problem but not realize it. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be going wrong and how to fix it?

(I'm using KC 7.2.2, for what it's worth.)

Update: I was able to get internal messages to go through by unchecking "Enable rating of messages sent from trustworthy relay agents defined in SMTP relay options". Something seems to have changed, though, as previously the whitelist seemed to supersede this setting. Strange...
