when any of our users opens a shared calendar from any other user, the CPU utilization skyrockets, making the application (either entourage 2008 or outlook 2011) unusable.

even opening calendars with very few appointments (test had 3 appointments for the month).

Same issue here. Happening since 7.2.x. Kerio support so far has no resolution, making it unusable in some environments.

A Kerio engineer got back to me and seemed to indicate they are aware of the "bug".

got off the phone with support again.

They still agree there is a problem and someone will get back to me in day or two.

This has been happening since July.

Are you using the "Delegate" feature? It's apparently unsupported in Kerio Connect 7.2.3 patch 1, even though it worked fine in 7.2.2! You have to use the File -> Open -> Other users folder...

Is anyone still having this issue with 7.3.1? Outlook 2011 seems to generate finditem requests that don't go away and as more users generate the finditem request CPU usage goes up to the point that it slows down all other functions on the mail server. I'm just curious if this is supposed to be fixed and I'm the only one with the problem.
